ChauffePro lists boiler servicing / periodic inspection at €145 excluding VAT. Confirm the appliance type, scope and applicable tax before booking. This is an indicative price, not a guarantee that every installation or additional repair is covered. Travel and diagnosis for a fault are separately listed at €65 excluding VAT.

Compare services with the same scope

Ask whether cleaning, functional checks, relevant combustion measurements and the required documentation are included. A routine service and diagnosing an active fault are different tasks. Access problems, additional cleaning, defective parts or work outside normal hours may change the total.

Periodic inspection and ordinary maintenance

In Brussels, a periodic EPB inspection applies every two years to gas boilers and gas water heaters, and annually to boilers using other fuels. It requires the appropriate recognised professional and a certificate. Manufacturer instructions or a contract may call for other maintenance in addition to this legal schedule. See Brussels Environment.

Prepare the appointment and quotation

Provide the make, model, last inspection date and any symptoms. Clear access and collect earlier reports. If the boiler already has a fault, say so when booking so the visit can be prepared correctly. Ask which extras require approval and keep the invoice and certificate with the appliance records.
